Businesscards.io — A business card you keep with you at all times
Throughout my career, I have always had business cards. However, when I needed to hand one out, nine times out of ten I had my cards sitting on my office desk. With time the information on all of these business cards was outdated, so they were eventually thrown away.

Back in 2014, we built htmlsig.com, an email signature service that is a business card for your outgoing emails. Since then, the idea has been to find other outlets where we could use help others share their information outside of sending emails. We launched businesscards.io recently, a digital business card as a service. With BusinessCards.io, you can always have your business card on your phone with the ability to share your information by scanning your QR code.
Now I always have my business card on my phone, I no longer need to carry physical business cards. I don’t even need an app because the card stays in my Apple Wallet, and if my phone is out of reach my card is also on my Apple Wallet on my Apple Watch.
